Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
we do not accept to return an item since our poduct is fresh flowers and returning will result in losing its value by the consumed time.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be mistakenly delivered as if you received the wrong item by any chance and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you receive your item as it was ordered we will inspect it and notify you that the delivery is received well and up to no return.

If your return is approved (in the case of mistakenly delivered item), we will either re-deliver the exact item you purchased or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
